Opcode Systems Inc. is an Integrator with installed solutions in the Food & Beverage, Automotive, Roofing, Impregnated Papers, Plastic and Film, Mining, Utilities, Pulp & Paper, Metal, as well as many other manufacturing industries.

Our expertise is with the automation of coordinated drive systems such as Food processing lines and batch recipe systems, Paper machines and tension winders, Laminated shingle lines and granules plants, Impregnated treater lines and resin batching systems, Film orienters and turret winders, as well as rod mills and cold rolling mills.

We have practical experience with all of the major automation suppliers for PLC, HMI and drive equipment from Rockwell and Allen-Bradley, General Electric, Siemens and Wonderware.

The scope of our supply to machine builders such as VITS Machinenbau Gmbh has included the drive panels and motors, the operator stations, and the machine and process control programs. Our services include in-house testing, on site commissioning, and all related documentation.
